Beauty Link is a small team on the ground in Vietnam. These are the people behind the service.
- Andrew Lam, Co-founder. Andrew runs Beauty Link day to day. He also speaks with our partner hospitals and visits them.
- Jordan Williams, Founder of WeLink. Jordan founded WeLink, the family of companies that Beauty Link is part of.
- Mikey Nguyen, Patient Link Advisor. Mikey is your advisor on WhatsApp. Mikey answers your questions and checks on you while you recover.
- Tommy, driver. Tommy meets you at arrivals when you land in Vietnam.
Beauty Link had its own WhatsApp line handling enquiries by June 2026.

How Beauty Link is paid
You never pay Beauty Link. The partner hospital pays Beauty Link for the introduction. You pay the hospital for your treatment, based on the hospital's own written quote.
It is fair to ask what that means for you. Beauty Link is paid by the hospitals it works with, so it is not a neutral party. For outside views, our guide shows how to check plastic surgery reviews from Vietnam. Your advisor helps you compare the plans, and the choice is always yours. You can also say no to every option.
Each hospital sends its own plan and quote, in writing. Smartraveller, the Australian Government's travel advice service, says to think about all possible costs. What Beauty Link does for you
Our partner list holds hospitals only, never small clinics, and each one is licensed by Vietnam's Ministry of Health and on its register. Here is what the service covers, from your first question to your trip home.
Before you fly
- A shortlist of licensed hospitals for you to look at.
- A shared WhatsApp chat for you, Mikey and the hospital's staff. In it, the hospital tells you about itself, walks through the choices for your case, and puts its plan and quote in writing, with what is included.
- Beauty Link stays in that chat for communication and translation, and Mikey answers your questions there.
- Help to set up a call with your surgeon before you book anything.
While you are in Vietnam
- A free airport pick up from the Beauty Link driver.
- English speaking support, so you can ask everything in your own words.
After you fly home
- Check ins from your advisor while you recover.

What Beauty Link does not do
Knowing the limits matters as much as knowing the service.
- It does not treat you. Beauty Link is not a clinic. It does not diagnose patients and does not recommend treatment.
- It does not decide if surgery suits you. Not everyone should be approved for surgery. That is a decision for you and your surgeon.
- It does not see a quote as the first step. Getting a quotation should not be the first and only step.
- It does not work everywhere. Beauty Link works in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi only.

Checks to make before you choose any hospital
Whoever helps you, the checks are yours to make. Smartraveller suggests you research the destination, doctor, hospital and procedure before you go. It also suggests you:
- find out if the hospital is accredited by the local authorities
- check that your surgeon is qualified and accredited
- make sure your surgeon and hospital have indemnity and malpractice insurance
- if you live in Australia, see your doctor there for a health check no later than 6 weeks before the trip
- get a specialised travel insurance policy, as basic policies rarely cover medical tourism

Some other businesses use similar names, such as a beauty software firm and a hair supplier. They are not this service. Here is how to know you are talking to the right team:

- The WhatsApp number is the one printed in the footer of beautylinkvn.com.
- The Facebook page is called Beauty Link Vietnam.
- Beauty Link never asks you to pay it. If anyone using the name asks you for money, stop and contact us through this website.

The partner hospital pays Beauty Link, and you never do. You pay the hospital directly for your treatment, based on its written quote. Because the hospitals pay Beauty Link, it is not neutral, so compare the plans and take your time.
